How is this different from a marketing agency?+

The math is symmetric - we share upside because we built the upside. The filter is two-sided: you need to already be doing real revenue ($100k+/m, or $40k+/m for founding cohort) for the percentage to be meaningful, and you need to be coachable on the parts of your back-end we tell you are broken. If both are true, this is genuinely better for both sides than a flat retainer. Variant B (higher cash, lower rev share) is available on explicit pushback only.
What does "work-until-success" actually mean? What's the loophole?+
No loophole. Target is negotiated at signing, written into the contract, signed by both parties. If we miss the target inside the agreed window, we keep working at no additional retainer and no rev-share invoices on existing scope until we hit it. Guardrails: (1) target must be specific and measurable - revenue, signed-client count, qualified-lead volume, (2) client honors the operating contract - data access, weekly call attendance, decision turnaround - breach pauses the clock, (3) one work-until-success guarantee per engagement. Anyone promising a revenue number without seeing your data is lying. This is the version of a guarantee that actually means something.
What about my existing setter / closer team? Do I have to replace them?+
No. Your team stays, our brain plugs in. Every call recording feeds the system.
